The planetary gearboxes with output shaft have a precision gear design and a professional gear processing that create a low backlash operation, high efficiency, smooth running low noise and long life of the planetary gearbox.  BJ-Gear offers both premium types and precision types. 

The planetary gearboxes offered by BJ-Gear have a helical gear design that enhances the tooth engagement rate of 30% or more. The special helix design reduces the axial thrust and allows high-speed servo motor input as well as maximum torque output. The precision gear design and professional gear processing create a low backlash operation, high efficiency, smooth running, low noise and long life of the planetary gearboxes. 

BJ-Gear offers both premium types and precision types. Premium type: PHL, PGH, PUL. Precision type: PGLH.

PHL Series

PHL premium high precision gearboxes have a square mounting flange, and the caged helical planetary gears are in an inline housing and have high torque capacity, quiet operation and backlash as low as <1 arc-min.

PGH Series

The premium helical planetary gear reducer has three precision levels and seven frame sizes. The PGH Series are ready for most industry and motion control applications. The gearboxes have a square mounting flange, and the caged helical planetary gears are in an inline housing and have high torque capacity, quiet operation and backlash as low as <1 arc-min. The PGH Series are an ideal power transmission component for e.g. industrial robots, semi conductor devices, and automatic storage systems.

The PUL Series of output shaft inline helical gearboxes provide a wide range of performance levels to high positioning accuracy and motion control applications, particularly when high precision and high torsional rigidity are required. The PUL Series are specially well suited to work with pinion and rack for linear operation, and are commonly adapted in metal cutting machines, wood processing equipment, machine centers and highly dynamic motion control systems.

This precision type helical planetary gear reducers offer three precision levels and six frame sizes. They can be applied in most industry and motion control applications. The gearboxes have a square mounting flange, and the caged helical planetary gears are in an inline housing and have high torque capacity, quiet operation and backlash as low as <3 arc-min. The PGLH Series is designed to achieve the desired goal at the most cost effective price.
