Conflict minerals policy

“Conflict Minerals" are metals such as gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W) and tin (Sn) derived from minerals, being sourced from mines in Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) or the adjoining countries (also known as conflict areas). These areas are typically controlled by non-government military groups and unlawful military fractions, and they both violate human rights and cause environmental issues when they extract these minerals.

Our commitment

BJ-Gear A/S is committed not to source products and components which we know contains “Conflict Minerals”.

BJ-Gear A/S does not approve the use of “Conflict Minerals”, and if made aware of, we will discontinue the cooperation with any supplier that acts against the Section 1502 of the Dodd Frank Act.
