Conflict Minerals

BJ-Gears suppliers must not source products and components which they know contains “Conflict Minerals”. “Conflict Minerals" are metals such as gold (Au), tantalum (Ta), tungsten (W) and tin (Sn) derived from minerals, being sourced from mines in the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC) or the adjoining countries (also known as conflict areas).

BJ-Gear does not approve of the use of “Conflict Minerals”, and we will, if we are made aware of this, discontinue the cooperation with any supplier that acts against “The Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protections Act”.
