At BJ-Gear A/S quality is a key factor. Therefore, we prioritize high standards for control and measuring facilities and have invested heavily in measuring equipment and knowledge.
CNC controlled measuring machines
Quality products place great demands on the control and measurement possibilities. All measurement tasks are performed by trained and qualified personnel, and the equipment used is calibrated by an accredited laboratory.
Calibrated equipment at BJ-Gear A/S includes: Zeiss CNC-controlled coordinate measuring machine, Klingelnberg CNC-controlled gear measuring machine, Mahr roughness meter, Joint length meter, Tesa altimeter, approx. 550 pcs. showing instruments and approx. 700 pcs. attributive control equipment. In addition, we have approx. 350 pcs. indicative control equipment and test benches.
The measurement environment has a great influence on the measurement uncertainty. That is why we have built a measuring laboratory with controlled humidity and a constant temperature of 20 degrees Celsius +/- 0.5 degrees.
